Cherri Le Forestier is the Chief Financial Officer of both Diamond Crystal Properties and The Hamilton Group. Cherri has managed the investments, financial reporting and taxation of The Hamilton Group for 25 years. She holds a CPA, CGA, and a Master of Business Administration.

Prior to joining The Salinas, Nina Pesavento spent 8 years in innovation consulting, designing transformational brand and business strategies alongside executive leadership at Fortune 500 companies. Nina brings her expertise in strategy, design, and project management to The Salinas business model and brand experience.
MICHAEL YOUNG
President & CEO of Hamilton Group, Inc.
Michael Young is the Director of Financing for The Salinas Bahamas. In his previous career in investment banking, Michael facilitated transactions totaling over $6B USD in value with RBC New York’s Mergers and Acquisitions team. Michael holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
